Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter or cooking oil
1 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, bell peppers, or onions)
Optional: 1 cup diced protein (such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
Optional: soy sauce, sesame oil.
Instructions:
Cook the rice according to package.
In a separate pan, heat the butter or oil over medium heat.
Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until they are fully cooked and scrambled.
Add the diced vegetables and protein, if using, to the pan with the eggs and cook until they are tender.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine.
If desired, season the fried rice with soy sauce or sesame oil, or any other desired seasonings.
Serve the fried rice hot.
